Spa Guide
New Clients
You will need additional time prior to your service for paperwork. To ensure a relaxing environment for our clients, we ask that you do not bring children to the spa, unless they are receiving a service. Additionally, please silence your cell phone.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that your service can begin on time. This will ensure the following client is not inconvenienced. Please note your service will be adjusted accordingly at a full fee.
Spa Parties
All parties must be booked in advance and require a valid credit card to reserve your time slot.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling or a fee of $35 will be charged. The full fee will be charged for same day appointments. If you fail to give 24 hour notice while using a gift certificate or prepaid service, that certificate or prepaid service will become null and void. This is to ensure the therapist is paid for the time you reserved.
Gratuity
Our therapists pride themselves on providing excellent services. Gratuities are graciously accepted and most appreciated.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CERTIFICATES OR PREPAID SERVICES. NO EXCEPTIONS!
